As market facing land agents, we deal in the sale and acquisition of residential development land on both brown and greenfield sites and have an in-depth knowledge of the residential land sector. We regularly sell land to the regional and national house builders & property companies across Nigeria.
We specialize in the disposal of land with planning permission.  We regularly take on instructions where we work from the outset with landowners and their other retained professional advisers to ensure the optimum disposal strategies are employed and implemented.  Our objective in securing the optimum outcome for the landowner, whether it be subject to planning, or procurement of a planning consent to dispose on an unconditional basis, or via a variety of hybrid arrangements. We remain the principle point of contact between the Landowner & Developer, resolving problems and reducing unnecessary delays, our consultative approach ensures fewer challenges during at the later stages of negotiations.  Many projects takes months and sometimes even years, to come to fruition.  We remain in it for the long term.

Conditional Contracts / Promotional Agreements
The selection of an appropriate deal structure to suit each client’s different financial and commercial circumstances and aspirations is the first imperative of any instruction. We regularly advise on and negotiate the optimum commercial terms to suit each individual clients requirements. We work closely with solicitors and tax advisors to optimize each instruction and we remain involved to the point of completion.

Through the use of industry standard sophisticated professional system as well as our experience of valuing hundreds of millions of naira worth of land, we have a clear market facing insight to current land values.  We can undertake valuation of land to assist with a variety of objectives, including: pre-marketing guide pricing, price determinations, valuations, viability studies and feasibilities.

We regularly conduct initial feasibility studies on behalf of clients in order to advise on likely land values for sites / assets before the involvement of architects, house builders and developers.
